About Us

teatro-del-agua

Not just another green blog…

We are sustainability consultants located in Southern California, reconciling Green with Aesthetics. Our goal is to encourage conversations to initiate a global coherence network, deconstructing, reinventing and sifting through what is helpful from what is not.

As LEED AP’s and philosophers, we are committed to document and encourage sustainable neighborhood clusters that integrate local and community-based renewable energy sources, vertical farming and urban forests.  The new societal model is as complex as it is thought-provoking; yet it is an open field.

This blog is a public service geared towards education and the furthering of mentality change.

We do not support advertisements or the promotion of any particular product or service. Rather, we invite you to join us in breaking away from the old paradigm.

Feel free to refer to us links or case studies that we will categorize and post for the community.

  1. Thank-you for visiting our blog and for your support. We are located in Southern California in the Los Angeles area. Do let us know how we can exchange information. Again, our goal is to facilitate cross-fertilization of ideas to create a better tomorrow.

  2. I’d love to intern or volunteer in the building of the net zero energy use community in Arvada Colorado. Any information you can give me on that subject would be great. I’m willing to relocate to learn about net zero building techniques and technology. It’s a fascinating concept and long overdue in the US.

  3. Hi Todd, thanks for posting your comment. We agree that sustainable building methods are the only way out of the current status quo. Do check out our Geos (aka Arvada) post on our main page. Click on the top left “Serengreenity – building Eco-Aesthetics” for current postings.

Alternatively, you can contact Geos directly at http://www.discovergeos.com. They have a Geos Team tab that you might want to explore with team bios and contact numbers. Good luck!

  4. Hello,
I work for CoralWatch, a non-profit educational coral reef conservation group under the University of Queensland in Australia. We are in the final stages of publishing a book on coral reefs and climate change and are hoping to use an image of the train in Freiburg, Germany, which we found on your site. It would of course be credited appropriately. Could you please tell me who to contact to get permission and possibly a higher resolution photo? Thank you so much. I think what you are doing is simply amazing and incredibly necessary. Best of luck with all your work!
    Kind regards,
    Cassie
